1. Q: Do you offer custom designs?
A: Yes. We specialize in OEM & ODM. You can send us your drawings, photos, or just an idea, and we will create a display stand that matches your requirements.


2. Q: What is your MOQ?
A: We have no MOQ limit. Small trial orders are welcome, and we can also handle large-volume production.


3. Q: Can I get a sample before bulk production?
A: Yes. We can make a pre-production sample for your approval. The sample fee is charged first but will be refunded when you place the mass order.


4. Q: What is the typical lead time?
A: Usually 15–20 working days after sample approval. The exact time depends on the design complexity, quantity, and materials.


5. Q: What materials can you work with?
A: We mainly use acrylic (PMMA), wood (solid wood, MDF, plywood, etc.), and metal (stainless steel, aluminum, iron). We can also combine multiple materials in one display.


6. Q: Can you print my logo or brand name on the display?
A: Yes. We offer screen printing, pad printing, UV printing, laser engraving, and hot stamping. You can have your logo, product information, or any design printed on the display.


7. Q: How do you package the displays to avoid damage during shipping?
A: We use bubble wrap, foam padding, corner protectors, and strong export cartons. For fragile or high-value items, we can also use wooden crates. Each display is well protected.


8. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, and PayPal for small amounts. Typically 30%-50% deposit and  balance before shipment. For large or long-term orders, payment terms can be discussed.


9. Q: Do you provide any warranty or after-sales support?
A: Yes. We offer a quality warranty. If any product is damaged during shipping or has manufacturing defects, please contact us with photos, and we will find a solution (replacement or refund etc).


10. Q: Can you make eco-friendly or sustainable displays?
A: Yes. We can use recyclable acrylic, FSC-certified wood, and water-based paints. Please let us know your sustainability requirements.


11. Q: What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
A: We accept PDF, AI, CDR, DWG, STEP, and high-resolution JPG/PNG. If you don't have a drawing, you can send a hand sketch or sample photo.


12. Q: How do I start an order?
A: Simply contact us via email, WhatsApp, or the form on our website. Share your requirement (product type, size, material, quantity, and any reference images). We will reply within 24 hours with a quote and next steps.
