Sandblasting – This process uses high‑pressure air mixed with fine abrasive media to create a uniform matte texture on acrylic or glass surfaces. The result is a soft, frosted appearance that diffuses light beautifully. Sandblasted surfaces resist fingerprints and scratches better than glossy finishes. It is perfect for logos, decorative panels, or creating a premium, understated look. You can also combine sandblasted areas with clear glossy sections for contrast.
Transfer Printing – Also known as sublimation transfer, this technique allows full‑color, photo‑quality patterns to be printed onto acrylic or plastic surfaces. Unlike screen printing (which is best for simple shapes and solid colors), transfer printing can reproduce gradients, photographs, and complex artwork. The print is embedded into the material surface, so it will not peel or fade easily. This is ideal for brand graphics, product images, or eye‑catching retail displays.
Both finishes are available for custom orders. Sandblasting works well for logos and text. Transfer printing is great for colorful backgrounds or detailed illustrations. We can also combine them – for example, a transfer‑printed background with a sandblasted logo overlay.
