Custom Display for a Global Vape Brand – With Pusher and LED

We recently completed a challenging and rewarding custom project for a leading European vape brand. They needed a display cabinet that could automatically push products forward while also attracting attention with LED lighting. Our team delivered exactly that.

The cabinet is built from silver brushed stainless steel with a transparent acrylic front window. Inside, each slot is equipped with a spring‑loaded pusher mechanism. As customers take a vape pen or pod from the front, the spring gently pushes the next unit forward – keeping the display always full and tidy.

To enhance visibility, we installed ice‑blue LED strips along the top and both sides. The LEDs are energy‑efficient and cool to the touch, safe for continuous operation in retail stores. The cabinet also features a lockable front door and adjustable feet for stability.

The client sent us a rough sketch and a video of a similar mechanism. Our engineers created a 3D model, produced a working sample in 10 days, and after approval, completed 200 units in just four weeks.

The result? The vape brand reported a 40% increase in trial rates at store locations using these cabinets. The combination of automatic feed and blue lighting made their products stand out on crowded shelves.
