Shipping fragile displays – especially acrylic and glass items – can be stressful. But with our proven packaging system, your products will arrive intact, even for international orders.
Here is our standard packaging process:
Individual protection – Each display stand is first wrapped in soft bubble wrap or foam sheet. For acrylic items, we also apply a protective film to prevent scratches during handling.
Corner and edge protection – Corners are the most vulnerable points. We use rigid plastic corner guards or extra foam padding on all edges.
Cushioning and separation – Multiple items are placed in a strong export carton with foam inserts or air pillows between each piece. This prevents them from touching each other.
Box reinforcement – The carton is sealed with heavy‑duty tape. For large or heavy orders, we add a wooden pallet and strapping bands.
For high‑value or extra fragile items – We offer wooden crate packaging. The crate is built to size, lined with foam, and securely nailed shut. This adds cost but provides maximum protection.
We also work with reliable international shipping partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, sea freight, etc.) and provide tracking numbers. Every box is labeled “Fragile” and “This Side Up.”
If damage does occur (rare, but possible), we have a clear after‑sales policy: take photos of the damaged item and packaging, and contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Your displays are our responsibility from production to your door. Safe shipping is part of our “Better” promise.
